At 99 Bikes, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your cycling gear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return most items within 30 days for a refund or exchange, provided they are in new and unused condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and within the 30-day return window from the date of purchase.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label or choose in-store drop-off.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items—especially bikes and components—to prevent damage during transit and attach the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
