Yes, all bikes purchased online can be collected from a local 99 Bikes store fully assembled and safety-checked by a professional mechanic at no extra cost.

What is your return policy for cycling gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most accessories and apparel, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some items like bib shorts cannot be returned.

How do I choose the correct frame size?

Each product page features a comprehensive size guide based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend visiting a store for a professional fitting.
